We came in and removed the old vapor barrier, installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace Wall liner, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, as well as Iceguard and a LawnScape System to drain the water out of the home into the yard and away from the structure.

We installed PowerBraces using a 10-foot brace and the PowerBrace Top Lever Bracket (for attaching PowerBraces to joists parallel to the wall) in place of the Telescoping Bridge Bracket to stabilize the basement wall permanently.
