This customer in Goodlettsville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We cleaned out all the debris, installed EZ Flo drainage system and drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installed SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation, installed a TripleSafe sump pump and IceGuard and LawnScape System. 

The owner of this Pembroke, KY home was made uneasy by the uneven floors in his kitchen. He had noticed that the slant of the kitchen had gotten progressively worse over the years and decided to take action to lift and level the floors from below. He called us to install SmartJacks to support his kitchen floors from below. He was especially keen on the fact that SmartJacks can be adjusted as time passes and the home continues to settle naturally.

This customer in Old Hickory, TN was having moisture issues in his crawl space. He had an inadequate vapor barrier installed that was not helping the moisture issues. We came in and removed the old vapor barrier, installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace Wall liner, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, as well as Iceguard and a LawnScape System to drain the water out of the home into the yard and away from the structure. 

This customer in Adams, TN, had a cracked basement wall bowing toward the center. We installed PowerBraces using a 10-foot brace and the PowerBrace Top Lever Bracket (for attaching PowerBraces to joists parallel to the wall) in place of the Telescoping Bridge Bracket to stabilize the basement wall permanently.   

The owners of this Madison, TN home were unhappy with the home's existing supports in their basement.
