The floors in this Hermitage, TN home had become bouncy from the weakened floor joists below. The homeowner had previously had support jacks added to the crawlspace in an attempt to fix the bouncing floors. Unfortunately, this was not a permanent solution for the home. We installed SmartJacks in the home's crawlspace to provide a permanent solution to the home's bouncing floors. Unlike the existing supports, our SmartJacks can be adjusted to continue providing support as the home naturally settles.

This customer in Whites Creek, TN came to Frontier with moisture issues in their crawl space after a flood. We came in and removed all moisture-soaked debris, added drainage matting to the floors, CleanSpace to the floors and walls as well as wrapped all the piers, sealed the vents, and installed a SaniDry Sedona to pull any additional moisture from the air to make the crawl space as moisture free as possible. 

This customer in Pleasant View, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We installed Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, added a TripleSafe sump pump, sealed off all air leaks and vents, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also installed IceGuard and LawnScape System to drain all water out into the yard away from the home. 

These homeowners in Joelton, Tennessee had some problems with their sidewalk's foundation. They contacted Frontier Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for a free inspection and our design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns.  Together, they decided that PolyLevel injections and sealant were the right solutions for this home's sidewalk. 

This Joelton home had a problem with their concrete porch steps sinking and shifting away from the porch slab. Concrete slabs can sink and settle for a few reasons, such as erosion, flooding, or the soil not being properly prepared before the slab was made on it. Either way, the family was worried about someone tripping in the crack that it made, creating more cracks, and the value of the home decreasing. They called us up and scheduled their free inspection. One of our trained inspectors came out and looked over their property. He knew exactly what they needed, 
He told them all about our concrete repair products and they agreed that the products were perfect.

NexusPro Joint Sealant: a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.

There is no longer any large, unsightly crack and the family is happy that it looks great.
