Smart Jack in Crawl Space Lifts Sagging Floors in Marion, KY
When wood is old and termites and moisture have infected it, the wood will begin to sag, which causes your foundation to settle. If this happens to your home, you may start to notice sinking and uneven floors. Frontier Basement Systems has an easy fix for this problem: Smart Jacks and Supplemental Beams!
This family needed a sturdy solution, so our crew installed a STEEL Supplemental Beam and Smart Jack to help lift and support the floor joists.
Our crew placed rocks under the Smart Jack to create a solid base for it, so it will not sink or move when the crawl space gets wet.
The family can now enjoy even floors in their home!
