The customer in Clarksville, TN called Frontier when they noticed moisture issues and mold growth in their crawl space. For this project, we cleaned up the debris in the crawl space and then remediated the mold issue. After that to prevent the problem from reoccurring we installed Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner on the floor and walls, a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a drainage system. We finished the project off with a new EverLast crawl space door.  

The homeowners in Clarksville, TN noticed sagging floors in their home and requested an inspection. Our expert found an inadequate liner in the crawl space, sealed with duct tape and not properly secured. Combined with high humidity levels and mold spores, we recommended a full encapsulation.
