They showed up when they said they would and even finished the job ahead of schedule! Fernando made a suggestion about adding spray foam as part of the encapsulation that wasn’t on the original bid. He took pride in his work and by adding the spray foam to the rim joist made for a complete seal. I just recently had a Water Guard system installed in my 1500 sq. finished basement, it was an overall very good experience and I"m glad I chose Frontier Basement Systems to do the job. I chose them after struggling with foundation water and doing a great deal of research. I worked with 2 foremen - Hermes & Gumaro and their crews and they were respectful of myself and my home and did a very difficult job professionally and efficiently. Customer Service follow-up throughout the project was top notch as well as after the job was completed. I recently had an additional back-up pump installed by Service Technician Donald Hill and he was TREMENDOUS! Very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the entire system to me so I could troubleshoot any issues that may come up (I like to be prepared!). I would definitely recommend this company to you.
