This is long overdue. My husband and I want to thank you for our pump.  When the rain hits the roof we sigh with relief because of our pump.  We made it through the April floods and so many other potential flood causing downpours. We are extremely pleased with both the inspector and the work crew. All our questions were answered clearly and they explained everything well before and during the work. It was a great experience dealing with Frontier Basement personnel. We can actually use all the doors again (they were hanging up before due to the settling). 5/15 - The install crew came back and glued the discharge PVC pipe. Poor guy, the pump started while he had the pipe line disconnected and he got soaked! They gave us the missing cap we needed and they plugged the extra holes in the block with hydraulic cement for us. Thank you for all your hard work! So glad you were able to get us fixed up!

Today's project went extremely well! Gumaro and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, and expedient. My wife and I were fortunate to both be able to be here to meet a great team that worked very well together and I was able to learn something new about home ownership and remodeling.
