Professional and knowledgeable (Mike Rutter)Our concrete slabs were sinking due to water running underneath from our bus wash station. I literally saw your truck one day with the Ad and immediately called. I scheduled an evaluation appointment. We were sold on the product for two reasons: the product was guaranteed to withstand 6000 lbs/sq inch of weight and the product was backed with a five year 1/4 drop warranty. Both of which are very important when Coach buses will be driving over this area daily. It was completed in a couple of hours and vehicles could drive on it shortly after. The company was represented well (Joe Cook, Foreman) and the job was done that was promised and so far the product has held up excellently.  

Super professional company, shout out to Andrew West for being a straight up awesome consultant and not just a salesman. The crew that came out to execute was very professional and the job was completed. We are already doing better. 10000% would recommend.

My wife originally saw an ad for Redeemers Group. We had spent thousands of dollars over the years on water issues in our basement and hadn't been able to solve them permanently. We would do one thing and it would last for a little while, but water would always find its way in. Our house sits at the bottom of a hill, and we get everyone else's runoff. We were pleased with our interactions with Michael, Clint, and the installation crew was hardworking and cooperative. On a scale of 1-10 (1 being no way and 10 being extremely likely,) I would rate them an 8 in terms of how likely I would recommend them to a friend. Clint is honest, Michael is honest, and overall I was pleased to have a permanent solution to our on-going problem. 

Mr. Pierce was extremely professional and courteous. His counsel was very helpful. We had confidence in his knowledge and expertise.

We got a couple bids to fix our uneven sidewalk. Michael walked us through and gave a thorough explanation on how they would address the problem. He left behind a book about it, so I liked that I could further research it after the fact. The Redeemers Group option was very different. It was less invasive and less complicated, and we really liked that. The installation and clean up process was great. Appreciated David's communication and clean-up. I didn't have to do anything to clean up after them. We were very pleased. 

Bill Smith worked very hard to complete the project. We appreciate how courteous Bill was, and how concerned he was with getting everything done right.

Wes Cordell and Angel Malburg were outstanding. Wes Cordell was also patient, measured everything and did an excellent job of building trust and credibility. Philip King was amazing. His knowledge and expertise was outstanding. He found things that the previous owners had covered up and pointed them out to me. Very patience, great listener, and more importantly, he is an expert at his profession.

We decided with Redeemers Group to fix concrete that had shifted and settled around our pool. The PolyLevel system was the fastest way without the mess of replacing the concrete, it was just a better choice for repair. Our technician, Joe Cook, was professional and he is a very hard worker. He went out of his way to explain the PolyLevel system again to us. We are pleased with the results so far...

In the summer of 2012, we had our crawlspaces encapsulated. This was to help with the air quality in the home and to make the crawlspaces more easily maintainable. In fact, later that year and with the help of a good friend, we were able to replace the plumbing in a portion of the home. The crew and foremen were very courteous, knowledgeable, and responsible. They even allowed my 5 year old son to think he was a "helper." Overall, a great, wonderful experience. My crew consisted of David, Troy, Sean, Zack, TJ, Brandon, & Chris. Great work gentlemen!
