Our main home is a pier and beam foundation while the attached indoor patio is a slab foundation. We called Baird over a year ago for an estimate, but chose to take a "band aid" type fix instead. This quick fix didn't even last us a year. The patio started moving away from our home even more and there was a 4 inch gap forming between the walls. From start to finish everyone at Baird Foundation Repair was very, very professional. The crew was fast, courtesy, and very considerate of our time and needs. Throughout the repairs a professional demeanor was maintained. Baird's crew and office staff communicated with us throughout, always asking our preference and giving us suggestions and options. Our foundation problems seem to be completely resolved, the gap is no longer visible and our walls are straight again. We have had bad experiences with the previous foundation company we chose to go with for a quick fix and even considered selling the house. After working with Baird we are very pleased with the job done and are happy to stay in our home for years to come. I have already recommended Baird to neighbors and friends!

Mr. Chaney,I want you to know how professional and courteous each member of Diego and Juan's crew has been all week. They had the fortune (and misfortune) of getting to work in less than 100 degree Texas heat, but the day they started a cold Texas northern arrived. I have never seen guys doing such tough manual labor having such a good time. The second day, in the rain, they kept their enthusiasm up, and so it was all week. You sent the most wonderful, knowledgeable, competent and professional crew to do this job, and for this we thank you!! When I first purchased my home, the foundation was in terrible condition. I received estimates from all the major companies, but chose Baird based on the professional and through method of evaluating the repairs required and explaining the repair process. Baird is a very professional company that cares about their customers. The salesperson and the crew they sent to my location were very accommodating and professional. They always made sure that everything was as I needed it before they left the site. The owner was also very involved in what what happening at my house and came out to make sure that everything was as it should be. I thought this was great.
