As a Realtor since 1985, this is by far a superior company. Also, they did my house in 1985 and I haven't had one single problem with the foundation .

Everything went according to plan and schedule. Everyone showed up on time and did an excellent job. Work area was cleaned up and returned to normal.

It turned out very well. I have had no problems since then. I had them put piers in several places in my home. After I had the piers put in I also had some cracks repaired by them.. Overall I would say they did a good job!

John from Baird Foundation came to give me an estimate on repairs needed. He measured each room and also checked the entire outside perimeter of the house. He answered all my questions and explained the entire process of foundation repairs needed. He offered to make the same presentation to my husband at our convenience. John returned and again explained the process to us addressing all our concerns. He explained the difference between their steel piers and other methods of foundation repair.The work was started after the holidays. However, it had to be stopped because the static test of the drain system performed by plumber failed indicating one or more leaks under the foundation. The plumber recommended contacting our insurance company to determine if the work might be covered by our policy.I was told by insurance company to halt work until claim was investigated and processed. I called Baird Foundation to ask if someone could bring plywood to cover open holes until work could be resumed. They responded immediately.I contacted Amber in the office periodically over the course of several weeks to give her updates on our insurance claim.At long last, the engineer hired by the insurance company made his inspection and indicated to me foundation repairs could be restarted.I contacted Amber and their crew, led by Juan and Diego, came within a few days. Work was resumed. Crew was awesome, professional, hard-working, and superbly cleaned area after work.

John Chaney, the companies owner, came out and took his time checking things out. He was very professional, gave me an estimate and later emailed estimate documents. My impression is Baird is a top-notch organization. Everything went well. John knows what he is talking about and is very informative.

Mr. Chaney was very professional. They were always on time and their price was reasonable. Their work was superior. I would recommend them to anyone.

We bought a house built in 1917. It still had the original cedar post pier and beam foundation. There was termite damage and a lot of rot. The house was heavily leaning - needed new posts, beams and leveling. We got many quotes, but only Baird Foundation Repair offered to put concrete posts for a reasonable price. Everyone else offered sub-standard pad and block foundation for the same price. They also noticed that the sub-floor joists in one corner of the house were completely rotten and needed replacement. They gave a very good quote to replace those as well and we took their offer. The work took around 10 days and was carried out well. The house was leveled, new posts and beams put in. The only complaint I would have is that the company is not top notch when it comes to customer relations, but they get the work done well and that's what matters for years to come.

Baird Construction Company did a good job. They have an engineer that came out and made sure everything was going well. They didn't tear up my yard any more than they had to. They made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. They got the job done in the time frame that they said they would.

They removed our old roof and put on a new shingle roof. They painted the exterior of our home and five rooms in our home. They also remodeled our bathroom, including tiling the floor & shower and installing a vanity. Baird Construction did a great job. We were completely satisfied with all aspects of the job. To basically be able to tell them what we wanted without any great details and get precise results was wonderful. They took into account our requests and came through with the finished looks that we love. The quality of their work and products was amazing. We are very happy to have found the perfect contractor for us. They paid close attention to even the littlest details and it paid off tremendously. The roof, painting, flooring, and everything turned out great and they did right the first time.

Kept us informed of job progress. Professional attitude of onsite workers. Timely resolutions on issues from business office. We were very much satisfied.

They did everthing as told. When something needed to be added, it was explained why. They were professional and tried thier best to put and clean everything back how it was. Diego (Foreman) did a great job. Explained what needed to be done from start to finish. Helping me anyway he could.
