We sent out our system designer Skylar and he was swiftly able to diagnose and find a cure for her damp crawl space.

Gary and his crew hustled and got the job done while working with Ms. Home owner's time restraints and ended up leaving her crawl space safe, happy and healthy! 

This home owner called our Fortress Team needing extra support in their crawl space. This home was a rental property of theirs and they wanted it taken care of correctly! Our System Designer Dave created the solution to install eight of our Smart Jack Support Beam Systems to create the floor support needed. Dave also installed our Clean Space Vapor Barrier System to ensure the crawl space would remain dry. This gave the home owners the peace of mind they needed to rent this home out! 

This homeowner near Woodbine, Maryland was experiencing issues with sagging floors. They noticed a crack in the wall by their bedroom door frame, which is a common symptom of settlement. Knowing Fortress Foundation Solution's expertise in this area, they called for a solution. Our system designer went out and gave them a free estimate and presented a plan to solve their issue. Our crew then went out and installed SmartJacks to stabilize and lift the floors back to their original position. The floor was stabilized and lifted, and even closed the crack! Skylar quickly helped find a solution and our superintendent Nick took a few crews over to the property to "forever" brace the foundation with our EverBrace wall restoration system. The home owner can now continue the renovations knowing the foundation is secure for many, many more years to come!

Home is where your family is, and your pets! For one poodle owner, that meant wanting to correct the bowing walls in her basement in Frostburg, MD. With the help of our System Designer, Dave, and installation crew, the perfect solution was curated. We installed GeoLock wall anchors and Power Braces to support the walls and prevent future bowing. Additionally, we waterproofed the basement with our Water Guard drainage system and SuperSump sump pump. It is important to us to give our customers, and their furry friends, a dry and stable basement!
