This homeowner has lived in this home for over 40 years and wants to remove the fear of falling through the floor one day.  Our System Designer, Chris Wilmouth, came out and put this homeowner to ease with our permanent solution using our Smart Jack System.  Foreman, Adam Mills and his crew went out to install 12 Smart Jacks to secure the floor in this home. 

The basement of this home in Glade Hill had cinder block foundation walls that had started to bow. The homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get those walls stabilized before it became a more severe issue.

Our System Designer went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install the PowerBrace Wall Repair System. The PowerBrace System is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time. These steel i-beams will stabilize the wall in its current position and can be tightened over time to make bowing or tilting walls straighter. This homeowner can now rest assured knowing that their foundation walls are supported and stabilized!

This home in Henry, Virginia had problems with repeated flooding. Fortress came out and installed a Water Guard System, along with a Super Sump Plus to ensure that their basment won't flood again.

A homeowner near Chester Gap, VA, grew concerned when stair-step cracking in her basement wall developed into a long horizontal crack with bulging. She called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. Our System Designer completed a thorough inspection offering a permanent solution with warranty. After her questions were answered, she chose to repair her foundation with GeoLock Wall Anchors. Toby Bryant and his experienced team soon arrived at her home. The GeoLock Wall Anchor rods were driven from a trench on the outside to inside the basement and secured to the wall with plates. Take a look at the wall plates now stabilizing the wall, locking it up tight! This homeowner now feels secure knowing her foundation is stable!

This homeowner in Stuart, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had water intrusion in their crawl space and floors in their home had started sagging down. 

After explaining all the issues they were having over the phone, we sent one of our System Designers out to take a look! He recommended our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System. This system provides solid support for undersized beams and restores stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space.
