Jordan and Donny were great to work with. I had a sump pump replaced and floor drain installed along with a fabric to protect from water intrusion through a small crack in the foundation. Jordan called me with an ETA, which was very helpful for planning, and they arrived right on time. They put down covers on my stairs and flooring to protect my home and cleaned up after themselves. Jordan explained every step of the process and further explained how to re-install the insulation once the concrete was dry. The work was completed in a little over 2 hours and the pump is working well. Jordan also explained the warranty on the work. I would recommend this company and this crew.

My experience with my crawlspace encapsulation was great. I got a quote from Danny Camunas and he went over it in detail to make sure I knew all the areas that needed to be fixed. I had mold, water seepage and humidity. Travis Farmer and his crew was very professional and did an excellent job. He made sure that I was updated of the progress and went over the equipment installed when done. I needed electrical work done and it was nice that there is an electrician in the staff. Jeremy Vest and Dakota were my electricians. I am very pleased with the completed job and would highly recommend. I interviewed 4 companies and this was my choice.

Riley did an incredible job when he came to our home. I was concerned about several cracks outside of the foundation so I called Fortress Foundations and I’m glad I did. Riley is a true expert. Just wanted to let you know what a positive experience we had withSkylar. My mother was concerned that the foundation under the porch was failing. Skylar checked it out and determined the foundation was solid and showed us (my brother and I) what the problem was. Unfortunately, he said it wasn't something your company could help with, but talked with us about some solutions. He also checked out the rest of the house foundation as my mother was concerned about it also. He was very knowledgeable and, quite frankly, we were impressed that he didn't try to rush off once he determined your company wouldn't be able to help us.   If all your techs are like Skylar, I would feel very comfortable referring your company to others.

You are specialists and know what needs to be done and how to do it. Your costs are very fair and manageable, which is so helpful and important in an often very upsetting situation that requires repair. There were no hidden fees or changing of costs. Fortress has a lot of integrity and transparency. I like that. Someone else had estimated 3-4 weeks of labor and over $30,000 more than Fortress quoted. You all are godsends.

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed four jacks to support beams in our basement. The materials used were superb and exceeded only by the workmanship of Mike, Austin and Isaiah. These young men did a fabulous, professional job. If we have basement issues in the future we will use Fortress Foundation Solutions, cannot recommend them highly enough.
