Jordan and Donny were great to work with. I had a sump pump replaced and floor drain installed along with a fabric to protect from water intrusion through a small crack in the foundation. Jordan called me with an ETA, which was very helpful for planning, and they arrived right on time. They put down covers on my stairs and flooring to protect my home and cleaned up after themselves. Jordan explained every step of the process and further explained how to re-install the insulation once the concrete was dry. The work was completed in a little over 2 hours and the pump is working well. Jordan also explained the warranty on the work. I would recommend this company and this crew.

I had contacted a local company (in Danville) to do the work but they never returned my call. Found FFS by google search and liked what I saw on their website.

The sales presentation and our interactions with the sales representative were excellent. Our questions were answered and the literature we were given was excellent. We particularly appreciated having the schedule for installation moved up from April to February!

The crew came on time, worked fast.  If Bobby's house hadn't lost electricy, the job would have been done in one day.  But it was done in the two day time frame promised.  I can now relax when it rains again.  Thank you.

The person I called to make to appointment was personable and Professional. He provided easy to understand details about how the assessment, diagnosis, and remedy recommendation process would work. He considered different installation options with pros and cons to enable me to make the best decision for locating the dehumidifier. Then he did exactly what he said he'd do. They left the place looking better than when they arrived.

JES (who bought Company who installed equipment I have) wouldn't service it when I had a problem. I was happy to learn of your company and have someone to help rather than have to spend lots of $ to replace something that could be repaired.
