From the initial contact with Basement Systems to the completed project everything was handled in professional manner. The workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. No debris was left lying around. I had some extra questions and they returned my calls and e-mails the same day. We have since contracted with them for Basement finishing as well.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the work your staff did. I have had a minor water problem for 38 years. Having read your ads and comparing sales pitches from competitors, we decided to have you waterproof our basement in North Branford. With the harsh winter and Hurricane Irene, we had not one drop of water. We had the pleasure of hearing the water being expelled to the outside. What a relief this is. A true testimonial to this product and workmanship.

Quick short story, we use CTBS years and years ago, I’m driving to work and I just drove by one of your trucks. I cannot even begin to tell you that your company has saved our lives. Every rain storm we would have to go downstairs with the wet vacuum and we have not had one problem knock on wood since we had our sump pump installed and you guys out to fix it. Dear Mr. Hammock, I regret that I was not able to write to you sooner in high praise of Danny Oestreich. He was at my home in December 2017. Dan is the combination of competence, courtesy and persistence. He did a great job correcting an initial error in installation of my SaniDry XP Air System. Very courteous and informative. The rep on the phone set me up with Tarn and was timely with follow-up calls and emails. Very thorough, explained the process and costs completely, including the optional add-ons. Excellent! Jack-hammering the concrete raises a lot of dust - but the guys installed plastic over itmes in the cellar and at other access points to block off other areas of the house to minimize dust infiltration. They cleared all debris and swept up as best they could - Very Satisfied!!!

Ailton was excellent. He was patient, polite, had great great work ethic, and I really appreciated him. He is an assest to the company.
