Trip Hazard Solutions in Cape Coral, FL

After dealing with his sidewalk trip hazard for years, Terrance M. of Cape Coral, Florida finally decided to deal with the problem once and for all. LRE Foundation Repair visited Terrance’s home and found unstable soil underneath the sidewalk, causing the slabs to become unlevel. LRE utilized their PolyLevel system to raise the sidewalk back up to its original elevation. Terrance’s sidewalks are now permanently level and smooth, eliminating trip hazard worries.

Patio Lifted and Leveled in Cape Coral, FL

Carol W. had been dealing with large cracks throughout her pool deck, many of which were tripping hazards due to the size. Once her pool started leaking, she knew it was time to tackle the problem. She called LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. Once LRE arrived and completed an inspection of the property, they determined that large voids were present under the pool deck and patio due to washout and unstable soils. LRE designed a remediation plan using PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a polymer foam material that is injected through small drill holes throughout the patio and expands once entering the soil below. PolyLevel can expand enough to fill all voids and lift large sections of the patio back into place, eliminating trip hazards and cracks. Once the project was completed, the homeowner was more than pleased her patio was stable and releveled, and even more surprised her trip hazards were gone for good.

Foundation Stabilization from Major Washout in Sanibel, FL

After Hurricane Ian damaged the area of Sanibel, Florida, Mr. P.'s home suffered severe washout causing gaping holes under the foundation of his home. He called LRE Foundation Repair for help. Working with structural engineers, LRE was able to design a solution that included flowable fill, a fluid-like slurry grout mixture that cures, fills voids and creates a stable foundation. The material was poured around the perimeter of home filling in the necessary gaps, and once cured PolyLevel, a two-part expandable polyurethane material, was injected to the needed areas to add compaction to the loose soils below. Once his foundation was stabilized, the homeowner was pleased with the finished product and confident he could continue the rebuild to the rest of his home.
