Before tackling this project in Cataldo, ID, the homeowner faced persistent dampness in their crawl space, a common but troubling issue. The homeowner was experiencing moisture intrusion in her bathroom. Water was noticed on the floor as well as the wall. When she called initially, she was afraid that the hose spigot directly behind the wet wall was the culprit. When our crew removed the drywall they found a large vertical crack from the ceiling to the floor. We were able to apply Flexispan to the entire crack which halted the leak in its' tracks.

This is a before and after of an installation of our Everlast door product. As you can see the customers only had a couple of pieces of plywood covering the area. It is very common for this to be installed as it is an efficient way to enter and cover the crawlspace of the home.
