This house had sagging, uneven floors so we fixed it up with our SmartJacks and leveled it back out while also providing stability! As you can see the dip in the floor came up and the level is equal!

We had a set of homeowners call us with concerns of water coming into the basement through cracks! The customers had done a DIY fix to try and stop it from happening, well it wasn't holding up or keeping the water out. They went into the basement to find it soaked and a wet mess! Once Tim got out there he met with the homeowners to go over their concerns as well as what they were looking to get done. He then went into the crawlspace and immediately noticed they had no insulation at all.
