Before tackling this project in Cataldo, ID, the homeowner faced persistent dampness in their crawl space, a common but troubling issue. As you can see in the before photo, the area was not just unappealing but potentially harmful to the home’s overall health. The homeowner was experiencing moisture intrusion in her bathroom. Water was noticed on the floor as well as the wall. When she called initially, she was afraid that the hose spigot directly behind the wet wall was the culprit. When our crew removed the drywall they found a large vertical crack from the ceiling to the floor. We were able to apply Flexispan to the entire crack which halted the leak in its' tracks. 

Water leaking into your basement causing damage? Here we installed our drainage system, our finishing wall product, as well as a sump pump to control the water and any further damage. 

This is a before and after of an installation of our Everlast door product. As you can see the customers only had a couple of pieces of plywood covering the area. It is very common for this to be installed as it is an efficient way to enter and cover the crawlspace of the home. 

A Nampa homeowner was faced with a problem  when there didn't seem to be enough room to install our Sump Pump system in his basement. He was remodeling his basement and wanted to make sure the pump was out of the way but still able to work effectively. Our system design expert located a closet near the area that the waterproofing products were to be installed and thought that would be a good location. The installation of the sump pump was very non invasive and is now hidden from regular foot traffic.
