WaterGuard drains were installed in the footing of the basement walls to keep water out of the house. Water finds its way inside where the walls met the floor, so the placement of the WaterGuard drains will stop the leaks in their tracks and will direct them towards the home's sump pump system.

Longer discharge lines were installed to drive water leaks away from the house along with IceGuards attached.
