Susan's current sump pump system was failing her and therefore causing water to accumulate in her basement so she called Ayers. To diagnose the issue and get Susan the best fix, we conducted an inspection. From this we were able to recommend our WaterGuard System and our TripleSafe Sump Pump. The WaterGuard consists of a below-floor drainage system placed along the perimeter of the basement and collects water. It will be hooked to the TripleSafe we installed to ensure water is directed there and it will be concealed with concrete. TripleSafe is a three pump durable system that keeps water out in one thick liner. Susan was grateful to get a more efficient replacement system that will keep her home dry!

The owners of this home in Petoskey, MI were looking for a solution to keeping their basement dry and stopping wall leaks. So, we provided them with WaterGuard. This sub-floor drainage system is laid on top of the footing around the the perimeter of the room. A small space is left between the wall and the floor so that any wall leaks can drain directly into WaterGuard where the water is then rerouted to the sump to be discharged from the basement.

While installing a full waterproofing system into this home in Petoskey, MI, the crew also upgraded the owner’s previous sump pump. As you can see in the after photo, the pump comes equipped with two different discharge lines. Since water was leaking in through the walls, WaterGuard will provide the perfect fix as this is a sub-floor drainage system that collects water leaking in through the wall. It is placed along the basement's perimeter and is concealed with concrete. Then TripleSafe was added since this is a three pump system that fits in one durable liner and takes care of the water.

After these waterproofing measures were taken, Rob was able to ease his worries about his business getting damaged from these leaks!
