A homeowner called our team because her floor was beginning to sag. We took a look at her crawl space and decided to install SmartJack. SmartJack is a system produced to halt your sagging floors. The basement wall had vertical and horizontal cracks, which are some of the first signs of wall failure. To prevent the wall from cracking and bowing any further, the crew decided to install CarbonArmor.
