This homeowner called because she was experiencing a problem with her block foundation walls. When our team visited the home we found that her foundation walls did not go all the way up to the joices in the home and were essentially leaning. The leaning of a foundation wall is a sure sign of wall failure, which needed immediate attention before the problem worsened.

We decided to install the PowerBrace system that would fully support the basement walls. This system includes strong beams with a non-toxic zinc coating that protects them from corrosion. The braces use a “joist reinforcement method” that makes sure the weight of the wall is transferred evenly across the basement ceiling to ensure the beams do not interfere with the floors above. An added bonus to this system is that the braces can be tightened over time to eventually straighten the wall. 

A wall was bowing in Ann Marie’s basement, so she called our team for help. We installed PowerBrace, a foundation repair system created to secure basement walls in place. Outside pressures can cause your basement walls to crack or tilt, but this foundation repair system counteracts these pressures by keeping your basement walls in place. The system over time can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them. 

Paul owns a rental property with a bowing wall in the basement. The wall has gotten pretty bad and he needed to get it fixed fast before the wall caved in. He called us to find the perfect solution to saving the home. We installed GeoLock Wall Anchors which are made up of steel and will provide a long lasting solution to bowing walls. These anchors work by extending from your wall into the stable, hard packed soil beyond your home. They anchor into these stronger soils and brace the foundation wall, preventing further movement. Wall anchors are installed with minimal disruption to your lawn, and they won't damage the interior of your basement or take up usable space.

The concrete floor of Bernard and Debra’s garage had shifted and sunk. So our team installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.

Troy and Jeannie's were having issues with their sidewalk and driveway. They both have been sinking for a while and currently have sunk about an inch. Troy and Jeannie eventually called our team for help so we installed PolyLevel. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
