Tyler needed help lifting and leveling his back patio. So he called our team and we installed PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.

The original foundation floor joists in Doug’s cottage were not enough to support the cottage after having done some renovation. He called our team when he noticed a lot of the strain was put on his flooring and causing it to shake. We installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your sagging floors. The SmartJack system provides a permanent fix to these issues by using steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.

Walls were beginning to bow and crack in a customer’s basement so he called our team. We installed CarbonArmor, a wall reinforcing system. This system was constructed to repair damaged and bowing foundation walls. Both of these problems are serious and will only get worse over time. Therefore CarbonArmor is used to fix your foundation walls by preventing inward movement and reducing the cracks in your walls. This system can easily be concealed for your basement to have a sleek, finished look.

Chelsey began to have issues with her home and wasn't sure why. She decided to get a professional opinion and set up an inspection with Ayers. The team at Ayers concluded Chelsey's floor was bowing because the main beam that supported the home sat on a stone wall that was settling. However, SmartJacks would offer Chelsey a great solution as the SmartJack system will level and permanently stabilize a home! After the SmartJack system was installed, Chelsey's house was leveled, and she no longer needed to worry about an unstable home!

Barb's home was experiencing some significant foundation settlement issues. Cracks in the foundation walls were clear around several sides of the home. One of the places where it was most evident was right in the front of the house. Even the vinyl siding above the crack was beginning to buckle. Our foundation team came in and installed a series of piers around the home to help support and lift the home back into position. Helical piers were the main tool used. To install helical peirs, we excavate a small hole around the outside of the home to expose the home's footer. We then drill these long steel piering shafts into the ground until they reach competent soil that can reliably support the weight of the home. In many cases, they are even able to lift the foundation back into its original position. We then fill the excavated area back in with as minimal damage to the lawn as possible. This fix is permanent and incredibly reliable. Already, the front of Barb's home looks a lot better!
