We were called when Jennifer noticed a crack outsdie her home. When we went to inspect the issue we noticed there was a very long crack on one side of the corner and another smaller crack on the other side. Since the house was settling in that corner of the house and it was winter, we decided to install Helical Piers. This Allendale Charter homeowner bought this house as a rental property. A distracted driver hit the house and as a result, the foundation wall was pushed in. This wall is now weakening and not supporting the home. The homeowner wanted it fixed as soon as possible because he was worried about the structure. We used GeoLock Channel Anchors to stabilize the wall. Steel earth anchors are installed and steel rods are joined to them through the wall where channel anchors are secured to the floor and the other end of the rod inside your foundation wall. These anchors will permanently stabilize your wall and could return it to its original condition.
