To resolve the problem, she called our office line and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Hector Garcia, to learn more about our basement waterproofing repair products. Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our Iron Ochre Perimeter Drain. This system is ideal for managing difficult iron water problems. The wide-open design of the drain helps it resist clogs, while a removable lid allows for easy access and maintenance. Next, our production team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity, cover any holes or divots, and provide the space with a neat and clean appearance.
