Our Design Specialist, Josh, went to Margaret's home, carefully inspected her basement, and determined a solution that would work for her and her needs. Margaret was confident in the proposal of our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain and TripleSafe Sump Pump System, so she decided to move forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Chris, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard, which is designed to prevent water clogs and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team replaced her pre-existing sump pump with our TripleSafe, which has three layers of water protection and solves all three water problems in one unit. To complete the installation, our team filled the open-floor gaps with rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the space was neat and clean.

Our production team started the installation by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor and laying our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed a TripleSafe sump pump, which is our most reliable sump pump, and replaced the concrete. Now, water that seeps into his basement is drained through the WaterGuard drainage system to the sump pump. From there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home.
