A West Salem, WI, homeowner was surfing the web one day when she stumbled upon an article about radon gas. So, Ross began his appointment looking for the appropriate place to out a mitigation system. When he finished his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner. Ross explained that a typical radon mitigation system consists of a large-diameter plastic pipe that connects the air beneath your foundation to the outdoors. An in-line fan sucks radon-rich air from beneath your foundation and expels this hazardous air to the exterior. Instead of entering your basement or other living space area through numerous gaps and cracks in the foundation, radon gas is extracted from beneath your foundation before it can permeate into interior space. When installed by an experienced radon mitigation specialist, a radon abatement system will lower the concentration of radon gas in your interior air to the minimal levels recommended by the EPA and other health and safety agencies. The homeowner was impressed with Ross's solution and signed on the spot.

Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution. The homeowner investigated “weeping wall repair near me”. Brady traveled to Castalia and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Brady confirmed that the basement walls were suffering from water intrusion.
