We sent one of our Design Specialists, Shane Nephew, to her home to inspect her basement and design a solution. Shane worked closely with Diane to create the right waterproofing plan for her home. She approved of the proposal and moved forward with an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they installed a SuperSump sump pump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the wall. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Our waterproofing system is backed by a lifetime warranty, and Diane is glad she made the investment to protect her home.

Bill M. in Chippewa Falls, WI had an old, open sump pump that wasn’t working properly. He had water leaking into his basement, making it a wet, musty space. He contacted us for a FREE estimate, and we sent one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, to his home to evaluate the situation and propose a solution. 

Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his crew installed 164 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system and 101 feet of feed line through the middle of the floor. The WaterGuard will now collect and guide water to our recommended TripleSafe sump pump system. Deanna H. of Chippewa Falls, WI had water leaking into her basement and she wanted to get it inspected as soon as possible. She got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Charles Haldeman. Charles went to her home, inspected her problems, and came up with a solution. Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to collect water seepage from basement walls and act like an underground drainage system. Next, our team installed our FoamMax Wall Panels, which is a foam insulation panel with a white foil on the front and foil vapor barrier on the back. This wall insulation makes the basement much warmer, makes it brighter, and it can be left exposed. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Deanna was satisfied with the project, and appreciated all efforts involved!

Our Foreman, Dylon M., and his crew member injected our PolyLevel underneath the concrete slabs to stabilize the surface and fill the voids caused by soil erosion. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks to seal them and prevent moisture from seeping underneath. The project was complete within a couple of hours and Carolyn was satisfied with the way it looked when it was done!

Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is designed to prevent water from seeping through the walls and save money on energy costs. To complete the project, our crew filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them. 

Jean was happy with the project and could no longer sense the musty odors!
