Mrs. Fenner contacted American Waterworks after being tired of the same old leak in her basement every time it rained.  Our System Design Specialist, Chad, was able to design a comprehensive plan to avoid any future water damage by recommending 135 feet of WaterGuard and two SuperSump sump pumps. 

Norbert L. of Eau Claire, WI had water seepage into his basement, causing his walls to dampen. He saw American Waterworks on television and called our office line to schedule a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist team. Our Design Specialist went to his house, examined his problems and his walls, and wrote out a detailed solution. Norbert was confident in our Design Specialist's proposal and presentation, so he signed the contract, wrote out a deposit check, and went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which prevents water clogs and serves as an underground drain. Next, our team installed our FoamMax Wall Panels, which provides comfort and saves money on energy bills, while making the walls look bright and clean. Since it is an advanced kind of foam insulation, it reduces condensation for moisture protection. To complete the project, our Foreman and his crew filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the basement looked much neater and brighter than when they found it.

Once they arrived at the home, Jose and his crew began the project by installing WaterGuard in the eastern corner of the basement. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+. Next, the crew installed and placed the Aprilaire E100 where the old dehumidifier was located. Finally, the crew shifted their focus outside and attached an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home.
