Next, the crew tied the WaterGuard to the existing sump system. Then, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfished section of the basement. Once the CleanSpace was installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production crew began the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying 104 feet of our Waterguard drainage system. Next, the crew installed our UltraSump sump pump and battery backup system and 2 feet of our Cleanspace vapor barrier along the walls. Any water seepage coming through the wall will be directed down into the drainage system, guided to the sump pump, and then expelled from the home through the discharge line. Marge is happy with the project and her peace of mind has been restored, knowing her basement will remain dry!

This system can stabilize walls that are tipping, pushing inward, bowing, tilting at the top, or showing other signs of foundation failure.
