Phillip M. of Menomonie, WI had water leaking throughout his entire basement, making him worry about water condensation and flooding. He got in touch with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Mac Cole. Mac went to his home, inspected his basement, and drew up a conclusion that was easy for Phillip to understand. He was confident in Mac's plan, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs and serve as an underground drainage system. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which prevents mold and humidity build-up and serves as an extra wall protectant. Lastly, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides three layers of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. To complete the repairs, Kiko and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Phillip was extremely happy and had a remarkable experience from start to finish!

Our WaterGuard is a patented below-floor drain that rests in a bed of drainage on top of the foundation footing. It is our most commonly used drain system because of its resistance to water clogs, easy-to-access service ports, and ability to collect leaking water from basement walls.

Next up was our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which has three levels of protection to solve all water problems a homeowner may experience. Along with the TripleSafe Sump Pump is a battery backup that helps in cases where power is lost in a home, the battery will keep the pumps draining any excess water build-up. Once the job is done, the production team then places a new layer of concrete around the TripleSafe to provide a cleaner and more finished look.

To complete the project, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
