A homeowner in Jackson, MN, knew it was time to repair their water-damaged basement. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Rayn. A few weeks later, Ryan traveled to the home to begin the inspection. Ryan confirmed that water was seeping near the edges of the basement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Ryan recommended waterproofing the space. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ryan to schedule the best installation date. Once the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Luis, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Luis and his crew installed WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump+. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Gene and Sharon B. of Granite Falls, MN had a wet basement, causing him to worry about damage to property and other water problems. They got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan went to their home, carefully inspected their basement, and drew out a plan that worked for them and their home repair needs. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which prevents water and mud clogs, collects water leakage from basement walls, and serves as an underground drain. Next, Matt and his team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and mildew, cover any holes or divots, and give the basement a bright and clean appearance. To finish the installation, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the space was cleaner than when they found it. A female homeowner in Davenport, ND had a damp and musty room in her newly constructed basement, and she wanted to get it waterproofed as soon as possible. Our Foreman, Cameron Phrakonekham, and his production team started the installation by installing our SuperSump Sump Pump System, followed by the discharge line. Our discharge line is designed to remove water from the sump pump. Since discharge lines should not be run into sewer systems, the only other option is to run them out into your yard. Cameron applied 136 square feet of concrete over the floor, which gives the basement a clean, finishing touch. To complete the installation, our team gave a thorough walkthrough with the homeowner and ensured all of her questions were answered.
