Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor with a jackhammer and formed a trench. In the trench, our team installed 142 feet of our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter, which prevents mold and humidity growth, and it acts as an extra wall protectant. It also gives basements a neat and clean appearance. Then, Hugo and his crew installed 21 of our PowerBraces on the CleanSpace. Our PowerBraces are made to stabilize failing basement walls and straighten them out over time. Lastly, our team applied spray foam around the ceiling perimeter to provide extra insulation and to keep heat inside the basement. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew took out the previous sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Next, the crew tied the TripleSafe Sump Pump into the WaterGuard system. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. As soon as all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Finally, the crew completed the project by installing CleanSpace on the unfinished basement wall. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
