After a thorough inspection, the homeowners were content with the proposal so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete around the pre-existing sump pump and replaced it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Tammy R. in Hastings, MN noticed dampness in several areas of her basement that started to cause damage to the foundation and create a musty smell. She was concerned about the air quality of her home and started to do some research. She was glad to learn that American Waterworks is the leading contractor in basement waterproofing in the region and gave us a call. We sent our Design Specialist to her home to evaluate the situation and propose a unique solution to fit her needs. She approved of the plan and moved forward with the installation date. 

Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and the production crew started the installation by removing concrete and laying 158 feet of the WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump and our Basement To Beautiful Insulated Wall Panels. Lastly, the crew installed our Battery Backup System to ensure lasting reliability and to keep the sump pump running efficiently and effectively. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump, and from there the water is pushed through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Our waterproofing system is backed by a lifetime warranty, and Tammy is glad she made the investment to protect her home.

A customer from Hastings, MN, got in contact with us when she began to their basement was becoming drafty and cool, even in the winter months. Our customer was concerned that her home was steadily becoming energy inefficient. When she called in, we set her up with our FREE estimate, which entitled her to a thorough inspection into the issue by one of our Design Specialists. Once the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist headed out to the property to take a deeper look at the problem. When he completed his walkthrough, he was able to make recommendations as to how we could help remedy the issue. He explained to our customer that the water intrusion and draft could be attributed to her basement windows, as they were older and outdated. He recommended she invest in our EverLast window and SunHouse. He explained that these double-paned windows would stop water intrusion at the source. The SunHouse window well cover brings natural light in and keeps cold winter winds from blowing against the panels. The customer agreed with our recommendations and work began shortly after. 

Our construction crew, led by Foreman Tremaine, ended up installing 3 of our EverLast window wells and SunHouse window well covers throughout the basement of the home. Once work was completed, the homeowner was happy to know that her drafty and energy-inefficient worries were in the past! 

Holly F.'s exterior foundation wall was flaking off, and she wanted to get it fixed up to provide more value to her home. She scheduled a free estimate with our Design Specialist, Shane. Shane went to his home, carefully inspected the exterior wall, and proposed our Wall Recovery System, which is a special kind of spray-on solution. Holly was confident in the product and our company, so she went ahead with the project and got an installation date set on the schedule. 

Our Foreman and his production team sprayed 174 square feet of our Wall Recovery System around the exterior foundation perimeter, which is made to repair the foundation and give it a neat and clean finish. The installation only took a day and Holly was happy with the new and improved view of her home!

The TripleSafe is our most reliable pump because it has three pumps and it is protected with a battery backup. The WaterGuard properly guides water to the sump pump, and from there the water is expelled from the home through the discharge line. Thomas is thrilled that his basement has been a dry, healthier space since having our system installed.
