Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his crew installed 123 feet of our Foamax Wall Panels around the entire basement wall perimeter. Our Foamax Wall Panels provide comfort, energy bill savings, and makes basement walls look clean and bright. Heather A. of Kiester, MN had water seeping from her floor joists, making her worry about her home conditions, especially during harsh weather conditions. She called our office and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jared Bruns. Jared went to her home, carefully inspected her water problem, and came up with a solution that fit her needs and budget. Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Homeowners appreciate how quickly this system is installed because it is done with minimal removal of the slab and all of the removed concrete is restored during the installation. So, just like that, Kiko and his team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete.

John B. in Afton, MN noticed that his concrete walkway had settled a few inches, creating a large step down from the door. He was unhappy with how it looked, and was concerned people would trip. He wanted to find an effective and affordable way to repair his concrete, rather than replacing it.

Our PolyLevel experts, Brandon Wiskow and Jared Wroblewski, drilled small holes into the concrete slabs where the foam would be injected. Then, the foam was injected until it was raised back to its original height. The cracks in the concrete were sealed with our Nexus Pro sealant and the process was complete! The job took roughly two hours, and John was able to see the transformation almost immediately because once the foam is injected it takes only 30 minutes to cure. John was glad he chose do go with the PolyLevel repair option provided by American Waterworks.
