Chad recommended having SmartJacks installed in the crawl space to support the beams. Dustin developed a thorough plan to permanently restore her foundation.

Using wall anchors, our production crew drilled small holes through the failing block foundation and into the soil surrounding the home. In order to straighten the wall, they had to dig out the soil pushing against the foundation. They secured each end of the metal rods with anchor plates and tightened them as far as they would go. This process gradually straightened the foundation wall, and permanently secured it. Having wall anchors installed saved this foundation from failing altogether and saved the homeowner from the expenses of a full foundation replacement.

CarbonArmor® straps are a quick, affordable way to stabilize block and poured concrete walls that have cracked and that are showing signs of bowing. And because the straps don’t protrude from the wall, the repair can be easily covered with mortar, paint, or light wall panels.
