A homeowner in Roseville, MN was enjoying his basement space when he suddenly noticed a puddle of water on the floor at the base of one of the walls. He knew he had to do something to fix the problem and remembered that one of his neighbors also had similar issues in their basement recently. He scheduled a FREE estimate appointment with a Design Specialist to visit the home's basement area and see what was wrong. When Design Specialist Ryan Kennedy arrived, the homeowner led him to the problem area. Ryan recommended our WaterGuard system which is specifically designed to intercept water at the perimeter of your basement and send it away safely. The homeowner was excited to have a solution and agreed to the plans. When Foreman Jeremiah Fischer visited the home along with his crew, they carefully installed the WaterGuard in the needed areas and made sure to clean up the area before leaving the home. A homeowner from Saint Paul, MN, had noticed that a section of the floor on the main level of his home was much colder than other areas of the floor. It occurred to the homeowner that the issue might be his crawl space beneath the home. He began to look for a crawl space repair company in MN and quickly found us. He was impressed with our previous work and scheduled his FREE estimate. Several weeks later, our Design Specialist was headed out to the home. When he arrived, he wasted no time getting down into the crawl space. When he finished, he was ready to make his recommendation. First, our Design Specialist recommended our CleanSpace, a 100% waterproof tarp-like material that gets installed directly to the walls of the crawl space. It works to collect the water entering through holes and cracks in the wall, keeping it off the crawl space floor. To compliment this product, our Design Specialist recommended our drainage matting, a dimpled matting that gets laid down on the floor of the space before the CleanSpace, giving the draining water a channel to flow freely to a disposal site. He then went on to recommend our TerraBlock and Foamax wall panel combo. TerraBlock™ crawl space insulation was developed to meet the challenge of insulating rough, uneven crawl space floors. The ¾-in.-thick sheet material is covered on both sides with a durable moisture barrier that makes the insulation resistant to puncture and abrasion damage. Foamax is a polyisocyanurate foam insulation panel with a white foil finish on the front and a foil vapor barrier on the back. It offers high-performance features such as high insulation value, a brighter, warmer basement, and can be left exposed, meaning no need to cover the panels. The homeowner was thrilled with the plan and signed on the spot. 

Several weeks later, our Foreman, Kiko P, and his team successfully installed 260 sqft of CleanSpace, 198 sqft of Drainage Matting, 198 sqft of TerraBlock, and 116 sqft of Foamax. Now, our customer can enjoy a nice warm floor and energy-efficient house! 

A New Brighton, MN, homeowner was facing an issue with his basement. Whenever his area got rain, it always seemed to wind up in his basement, leaving small puddles. The homeowner knew that if he continued to let the problem go unchecked, he could run the risk of doing permanent damage to his space.  He began to look for interior waterproofing companies in MN and quickly found us. He scheduled his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Brad W, was headed out to the home. 

Once Brad completed his inspection of the basement, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. Brad explained that he wanted to use three of our products to address the intrusion. First, Brad wanted to use our CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof tarp-like material that gets adhered directly to the basement walls. It works to catch water entering through holes or cracks in the wall, directing it downward and into a perimeter system. Because the basement lacked a means of drainage, Brad recommended our WaterGuard system. This unique below-floor drain gets installed beneath the cement floor but atop the footing of the foundation, keeping it out of the 'mud zone' where similar drains tend to clog. This drain works to collect water entering from the CleanSpace, as well as any water coming up through holes in the foundation, giving the excess water a channel to flow freely to a disposal site such as a sump pump or discharge line. Brad noted that the basement was unequipped with a sump pump, so he recommended our SuperSump plus sump pump, an effective and economical solution for ridding your basement of water. The homeowner loved the sound of complimenting products and signed on the spot. 

The day of the installation eventually rolled around. Our Foreman, Kiko P, and his team were able to flawlessly install 60ft of both WaterGuard and CleanSpace and 1 SuperSump plus sump pump. Now our customer can rest easy knowing that his water intrusion issues were a thing of the past! 

Cement was falling off of Pattee's exterior foundation blocks, and she wanted to get it repaired before it got any worse. She got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE inspection with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan went to Pattee's home, inspected her exterior foundation, and proposed one of our company-based products called Wall Recovery. Pattee was confident in the product, so she went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Arturo Mares, and his production team applied this spray-on solution around the entire exterior foundation perimeter. This product is stronger than concrete, prevents water moisture, and restores the stability of the homeowner's foundation.

Annetta had a great conversation, so she scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Shane. Shane proposed a bid and answered all of Annetta's questions.
