Jerome B. of Cold Spring, MN had cracks in his foundation, and water was leaking into his basement, causing him to worry about potential water damage in his basement. Shane went to Jerome's home, inspected his basement, and determined the solution of our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and our Aprilaire Dehumidifier. Jerome was confident in all of our products and their warranties, so he got a date scheduled for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Lane, and his production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which prevents water clogs and serves as an underground drain. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier, which prevents mold and humidity, and gives the basement a neat, clean appearance. Then, our crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System and our Aprilaire Dehumidifier. Our TripleSafe is the most efficient sump pump system that we have because of its triple layers of protection, and its ability to solve all three water problems in one unit. Our Aprilaire Dehumidifier creates healthy air and reduces the number of viruses in the air. To complete the installation, Lane and his team filled the open gaps in the floor with river rock and pea gravel and applied a new layer of concrete, ensuring the basement water neater and cleaner than when they found it.
