Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain that connects to the sump pump, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team covered the open trench gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it.
