Waterproofing Services Completed in Waldorf, MN

A homeowner in Waldorf, MN, noticed their basement was suffering from water intrusion. Worried about the lasting effects, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. The homeonwer looked into "basement waterproofing services near me" and one of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our five-star ratings, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Dylan, to the home to take a closer look. Dylan promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection. During his inspection, Dylan noted that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Dylan recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeonwer agreed with Dylan's recommendations and worked with him to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kevin, and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was properly protected from future water intrusion.

Basement Stabilized and Waterproofed in Conger, MN

John of Conger, MN had water leaking through his bowing foundation walls and needed repair done right away. After seeing American Waterworks on channel 3 KIMT TV News, he called our office to schedule a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist went to his home to inspect the problems and come up with a solution. John felt comfortable with the proposal so he went ahead with the project and scheduled an installation date.

Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard, which is an underground drain that collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our SuperSump Sump Pump which is designed to keep basements dry for long periods of time. Next, our crew applied our CleanSpace Wall System around the basement walls which is a plastic vapor barrier that prevents mold and humidity build-up and serves as an extra protectant. Lastly, Hugo and our team installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors to stabilize and straighten the walls back into their normal positions. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. John's peace of mind was restored and he felt much more safe and comfortable living in his own home!

Waterproofing System Installed in Madison Lake, MN

Pell J. in Madison Lake, MN had water leaking into his basement. He was concerned about the air quality in their home and the damage that the water was causing. He saw an advertisement in his local newspaper for American Waterworks, so he decided to call us for a free estimate. One of our Design Specialists went to his home to inspect his basement and design a solution. We recommended that he have our full waterproofing system installed in his basement to ensure that his basement would be permanently waterproofed. Pell liked the proposal that we presented to him, so he scheduled the installation.

Our production team started the installation by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they laid the WaterGuard drainage system and installed the sump pump. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump, and from there the water is pushed through the discharge line and expelled from the home. The installation took our crew one full day, and Pell will now be able to enjoy a dry basement for many years to come. He is glad he chose to invest in the protection of his home.
