Angel F. in Austin, MN had some cracks in her basement walls that were getting larger over time and putting pressure on the foundation. She was concerned about the bowing walls and the potential damage it could cause. In order to fully stabilize the damaged foundation wall, our production crew installed 4 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the basement wall. The anchor rods were drilled deep into the soil outside of the home and wall plates installed on each end of the rod to secure the anchor. Then, they tightened the anchor to start the process of straightening the wall. Angel is happy she chose to permanently stabilize her home!

Mike M. of Austin, M had bowing foundation walls in his basement. He found American Waterworks online, so he called our office and requested a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist, Jarrett, went to Mike's house, inspected his bowing wall, and proposed our wall anchor system, which is designed to stabilize foundation walls and pull them back to their natural position. Mike was confident in the solution, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his crew installed twelve of our anchors. This installation is an anchor-rod installation that involves soil removal and backfill. Mike was very happy with the work and told the crew that he was proud of their work ethic!

Doug and DeLaine A. of Kasson, MN had bowing walls in their basement and didn’t want it to get worse. They did some research and called American Waterworks to set up a Free Estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, to talk to them about our foundation repair products and to come up with a solution. After an in-depth diagnosis, Doug and DeLaine liked the proposal that Chad offered so they went ahead with the project.

Our foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew began the install by digging three small holes outside and in the back of the home. In each hole, they installed a long, metal rod from the soil through the bowing wall. On each end of the rod, they mounted and twisted on our GeoLock Wall Anchors, which is a unique wall anchor system that indestructibly evens out your foundation wall. After installation and over time, the anchors can be tightened to further strengthen the walls and pull them back to a regular position. To complete the installation, our crew replaced the soil and made sure the yard was neat and clean. Shirley of Kasson, MN noticed that there was a crack on the exterior side of her foundation wall that was caused by the bowing of the wall. Shirley began to worry about the structural integrity of her home and contacted the Appointment Center here at American Waterworks to claim her FREE estimate, entitling her to a free home inspection to resolve the issue Shirley is experiencing. Once an appointment was scheduled and set our Design Specialist headed out to Shirley's property and began a thorough home inspection to get a proper diagnosis of the home and provide the best solution that would prevent any other issues from arising. He proposed to Shirley that the best solution would be to invest in our GeoLock Wall Anchors. Our Anchor System is made to stabilize the foundation by anchoring walls to hard compact soil beyond the foundation, pulling the wall back to its original position. Shirley agreed with the proposal and scheduled the date of installation.  Once set our Foreman, Raul, and his team arrived at the scene they began by digging three small holes on the inside of the garage. Once dug, the production crew drilled a metal rod through the exterior of the problem wall to each designated hole. Attached at the end of the rod is a GeoLock Wall Anchor which could be tightened to further stabilize the wall. When the wall anchors have been installed the crew then backfilled the holes inside the garage and poured concrete over the holes to provide a more finishing look. Shirley was happy with the installation and is now worry-free that her foundation is in danger.
