Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew installed 908 feet of our CleanSpace Encapsulation, which is a vapor barrier that prevents mold and mildew and provides room for more storage space. Next, our crew installed 464 feet of our Foamax Wall Panels, which is a foam insulation that keeps spaces warm and saves money on energy costs. Jan S. of New Germany, MN had water leaking from his existing sump pump causing water damage throughout his basement. Our Foreman, Mason Chamberlin, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete around the existing sump pump and replaced it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides three levels of water protection and is the best sump pump in the industry. A homeowner in New Germany, MN, sought to have their crawl space encapsulation. Knowing many companies offer crawl space encapsulation as a service, they wanted to find the company that was best fit for their situation. After comparing a variety of companies, the homeowner decided to work with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner visited our website and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the appointment was sent, we sent one of our Design Specialists to investigate the homeowner's issue. After the Design Specialist arrived, they determined that the CleanSpace Drainage Matting would need to be installed in the crawl space. Wanting to solve the issue, the homeowners agreed to the Design Specialists' proposition. The solution was sent to the assigned crew and they traveled to the home. Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew started by preparing the crawl space for the installation. Once the crawl space was ready, the crew went ahead and installed the CleanSpace Draining Matting on the floor. After the CleanSpace Draining Matting was installed, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space walls. The crew completed the crawl space encapsulation and cleaned their job site. They got in contact with American Waterworks to schedule a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas. Dylan went to their home to carefully inspect their walls and windows to come up with a solution. The homeowner got all of their questions answered and felt comfortable in Dylan's proposal, so they went ahead and scheduled an installation date.

Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production team began the project by cutting out their basement window and replacing it with one of our EverLast Basement Windows. Our EverLast Windows are energy-efficient, double-paneled, and are designed to replace outdated, wood-framed basement windows. Next, our team cut out the concrete basement floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, Edgar and his crew installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Lastly, our crew installed 110 feet of our FoamMax Basement Wall Panels. Our FoamMax provides comfort, warmth, and energy-efficiency while making foundation walls look clean and bright. To complete the installation, our crew filled the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. The homeowner was extremely happy with the job and had a great experience from start to finish! 

A homeowner in Montrose, MN, was scrolling through social media when she came upon a post discussing the danger that radon poses in homes. She learned that radon is a by-product of uranium, which can be found in soil. As the soil decays, it releases radon, which creates a high toxicity level in the air. After learning this information, the homeowner decided to go to her nearest convenience store to purchase a radon testing kit. After a couple of days, the test results came back above 4 pCi/L, which is the EPA's required action for radon. The homeowner quickly started searching for radon services in the area and came upon our website. In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Gary S., arrived at the home to assess the basement. Gary explained to the homeowner that our radon mitigation system is installed at the lowest level of the home and connects the air beneath the foundation to the outdoors. This is done this way so that our system will tackle the radon-rich air before it can enter the home. The homeowner agreed to Gary's design and decided to move forward. 

In a couple of months, our Foreman, Dakota M., and his crew arrived at the home to carry out the installation. They installed the system by drilling a hole in the floor and placing the PVC pipe. The pipe then connects to the radon mitigation system, which is installed outside of the home. Once the crew was done, they cleaned out their equipment and left the home.
