Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team broke out the concrete around the pre-existing sump pump and replaced it with our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump which is made to keep basements dry for long periods of time, especially during heavy thunderstorms. To complete the work, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete.

Chad A., a resident of Wahpeton, ND had water leaking into the basement of his home, causing him to worry about water moisture and damage to property. Our Design Specialist, Ian, went to his home to carefully inspect the basement and come up with a solution. Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production team began the project by cutting out the concrete floor perimeter of the basement, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which prevents water and mud clogs, collects leaking water from basement walls, and works hand in hand with the sump pump. Next, Ryan and his crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter, which prevents mold and humidity and gives the room a clean and bright appearance. Lastly, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump, which keeps basements dry for long periods of time and works together with the WaterGuard to pump water out of the basement. To complete the installation, Ryan and his team covered the open gaps with river rock and pea gravel and applied new concrete over it. Once the WaterGuard was in place, the crew placed the SuperSump+ near the new WaterGuard line. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew attached an IceGuard to the outside discharge line. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Once the crack was exposed, the crew began the FlexiSpan Foundation Crack Repair System. Once Franklin and his crew repaired both cracks on the south wall, they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew.
