Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming in a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain in connection with the sump pump, and collect water leakage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity, guide the leaking water into the WaterGuard, and give the basement a neat and clean appearance. To finish the installation, Ryan and his team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. After a thorough introduction, Austin and Charlie began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which as an underground drain alternative, collects water leaking from basement walls, and protects the home from water or mud clogs. Next, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 in the corner of the basement, which works collaboratively with our WaterGuard and keeps the basement clean and dry, especially during harsh weather conditions. To complete the project, Austin and Charlie filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the basement was cleaner than when they found it.
