A homeowner in Rochester, MN, was dealing with a cracked and sinking front step. Once Nate finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent any unwanted moisture or debris under the slab. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Aidan H, headed out to the home to assess the concrete. 

Once Aidan finished his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. Aidan explained that we could address the sinking by using our PolyLevel lifting solution.
