First, the crew prepared for the PowerBrace installation. The crew installed six PowerBraces along the north wall in the basement. Once the PowerBraces were installed, they left behind a straightening kit. This will allow the walls to straighten over time. The crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Moisture Barrier in the crawl space, which is made to keep the crawl space dry and protects the space from wood rot or mold. Next, our team installed our 1'-3' SmartJacks in the crawl space, which is very compatible with our vapor barrier because it prevents mold and humidity while also repairing the structure. Next, Dylon and his team applied our spray-on solution called ShotLock around the foundation wall perimeter. Our ShotLock repairs deteriorating walls and it is twice as strong as concrete. Lastly, our team applied new concrete throughout the entire basement floor, which gives the space a neat and clean finish.
