Robin A. of Inver Grove Heights, MN had a cracked and sinking sidewalk leading to her front door. She called American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Jarrett. Jarrett went to Robin's home to inspect her concrete and determine a solution. Jarrett proposed our PolyLevel and NexusPro, both of which are two of the most common concrete repair systems. Robin was comfortable with Jarrett's proposal and approach, so she went ahead with the installation. 

Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel underneath each slab to fill the voids underneath the concrete and to stabilize the surface. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks, which is a sealant that prevents moisture from seeping underneath and gives the concrete a nice, polished, finishing look. Robin was happy with the work and loved the new view of her sidewalk.

A homeowner from Inver Grove Heights, MN, was stuck in a conundrum over her front walkway concrete. It had cracked, creating a giant trip hazard and eye-sore. The homeowner knew that if she let the problem worsen, she may have no choice but to fully replace and re-pour the concrete. Not wanting the cost, mess, and hassle of pouring a new walkway, she decided to search for alternate remedies. Upon recommendation from home improvement websites, she decided to give us a call and claim her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Mitch S, headed out to the home to complete his inspection. 

Once Mitch concluded his walk-through, he met with the homeowner to give her his recommendation. He informed her that while installing new concrete was an option, so was lifting and leveling the slab with our PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it is injected beneath concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back to its desired spot. Mitch went on to say that we finished all of our concrete lifting projects with NexusPro. A silicone-base sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all joints and cracks in the concrete to prevent any unwanted elements from penetrating the slab and protecting it from further sinking. The homeowner needed some time to think about the right choice for her family. A few weeks later, she called back and got her project with us scheduled. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Jordan S, and his team made quick work of the installation, carefully monitoring the lifting process to ensure the slab returned to its original resting spot. Once the job was done, our customer was thrilled to know she no longer needed to worry about a cracked walkway!

A homeowner from Lonsdale, MN, got in contact with us when she decided it was time to fix an uneven portion of her front walkway. She had heard from a friend that uneven concrete can impact the resale of a home and wanted to make sure that, when the time was right, her house would be in tip-top shape. On the referral of a friend, she decided to call American Waterworks to see what could be done. Once Dave completed his inspection, he informed the homeowner that we could fix her sinking concrete issue using our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solution. PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam, expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. He went on to say that our process is complete with the application of our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete, preventing any unwanted elements from getting below the slab. The homeowner agreed with the proposed work, and the project was scheduled for a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Ryan T, headed out to the home and completed the job to the customer's satisfaction. Once the job was complete, our customer was thrilled to know that her curb appeal had been restored!

Matt S. of Lakeville, MN had cracked concrete on his driveway, making him consider the value of his home. He did some research online and came across American Waterworks. He called our office to set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Joe Muehlbauer, to inspect his concrete and come up with a solution. Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel under the concrete to raise and stabilize the surface so all of it was even. Our PolyLevel is a special foam that fills the gaps caused by soil erosion. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks to provide its long-term flexibility and ability to stand up to harsh weather conditions. It also gives the driveway a clean and nice look. Gina W. in Elko New Market, MN was unhappy with her cracked and uneven driveway. She wanted it completely level and to have the cracks sealed.
