A loyal client of American Waterworks contacted us for assistance in leveling off the concrete sidewalk leading up to the front porch of his home.  American Waterworks was able to lift and level the slabs with no trouble at all, using our patented PolyLEVEL concrete leveling solution.  For added protection and to prevent any further shifting, American Waterworks applied a joint sealant called Nexus Pro. 

Phillip W. in Red Wing, MN contacted American Waterworks after being referred by another contractor. He had water leaking into his basement through his foundation, and he was concerned about the health implications and damage it could cause. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radtke, to meet with him and propose a permanent solution for his home. Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production crew began the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement to make a trench for our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump in the corner. They finished the project by filling back the gaps with rock, replacing the concrete, and cleaning up their work area. Phillip was pleased with the results and hasn’t had a drop of water in his basement since the installation!

Following an early spring shower, a homeowner in Red Wing, MN, noticed their basement was suffering from water damage. First, Jeromy and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Don C. in Harmony, MN had water leaking into his basement and his current sump pump was not able to keep up with the amount of water seeping into his basement. He contacted us based on a referral, so we sent our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, to his home to inspect the issue and provide him with a FREE estimate. Mac developed a thorough plan to waterproof Don's basement and Don was pleased with the proposal, so he scheduled to have our waterproofing system installed. 

Our production team started the installation by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor and laying our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed a TripleSafe sump pump, which is our most reliable sump pump, and replaced the concrete. Now, water that seeps into his basement is drained through the WaterGuard drainage system to the sump pump. From there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Don is glad he chose to invest in a long-term solution to protect his basement.
