Ken S. of Cambridge, MN had a musty, dirty, and moldy crawl space, making him worry about pests, mildew, mold, and wood rot. Shane went to his home, carefully examined and diagnosed his crawl space, and wrote out a detailed solution that would repair his problems. Ken got all of his questions answered and was confident in Shane's plan, so he went signed the proposal and put down a deposit. 

Our Foreman, Jeromy, and his production team installed 2,436 square feet of our CleanSpace Encapsulation Moisture Barrier to seal and waterproof the entire crawl space. This special moisture barrier prevents rot and mold, it keeps away insects and other pests, it provides extra storage space, and it saves money on bills to keep your home warm. The project took the entire day and Ken was thrilled with the work that was completed!

Kami F. in Welch, MN contacted American Waterworks because she was interested in insulating and encapsulating her crawl space. She knew the space was inefficient and that she could be saving money on her energy bill. We sent one of our Design Specialists to meet with Kami, evaluate the situation, and propose a unique solution for her home. 

Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production crew installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the floor of the crawl space. Then, they installed our Foamax insulation panels along the walls. The combination of these products work together to make Kami’s crawl space a clean, dry, and energy efficient space. 

This crawlspace had standing water and a lingering odor throughout the basement.  American Waterworks installed Cleanspace liners to keep the moisture out and reduce the relative humidity in the crawlspace. 

A homeowner in Forest Lake, MN had moisture in his crawl space, and he was concerned about the damage that was being caused. He contacted American Waterworks because he was interested in our waterproofing and encapsulation services. We sent on our Design Specialists, Shane Nephew, to meet with him and evaluate the situation. Shane developed a unique plan to permanently restore this homeowner’s crawl space. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew got to work and removed the debris from the crawl space. They began the project by installing our Drainage matting on the floor of the crawl space and our recommended TripleSafe sump pump. Then, they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier to completely encapsulate the space and spray foam insulation in the rim joists to prevent energy loss and keep heat in. Lastly, they installed our SaniDry dehumidifier to take care of any humidity. The homeowner is glad his crawl space is now a clean, dry, and more energy-efficient space. 

Marty and Faith S. of Forest Lake, MN were experiencing severe water exposure throughout their crawl space, causing them to worry about the value of their home. After doing some research online, they called our office to schedule a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew. Shane inspected the problem and came up with a solution. Marty and Faith got all their questions answered so they scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson and his production crew began the installation by clearing everything out of the crawl space. Next, our team installed 116 feet of our FoamMax Wall Panels, which is a foam insulation that brightens the room and helps save energy. Lastly, our crew applied 730 feet of our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Encapsulation. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold, mildew, and humidity, and it also acts as a wall and floor protectant. The work was completed within a couple of days, and Marty and Faith had a remarkable experience from start to finish!
