A homeowner from Osseo, MN, was growing frustrated with a piece of concrete leading up to an accessibility ramp that leads to an entrance to the house. Worried about wheelchair accessibility, the homeowner decided to look for companies that could fix the issue. Once Kyle finished his inspection, he informed the homeowner that his issue could be fixed with our PolyLevel lifting solution. Our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowing lifting the slab back to its desired position. Kyle finished by saying that we finished our lifting process by installing our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete to prevent unwanted moisture from getting below the slab, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner agreed to the proposed work and the project was scheduled for a few weeks later.
