After a thorough rundown of our crawl space waterproofing products, Jen felt confident in our product so she scheduled a FREE Estimate with Ian to come out to her home and inspect her crawl space. Ian drew up a solution that met her needs and budget, so she signed his contract, wrote out a deposit, and got a date scheduled for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production team installed a drainage matting followed by 1,032 square feet of our CleanSpace Encapsulation Moisture Barrier. Along with protection from mold and wood rot, our CleanSpace prevents insects, termites, and other pests. Along with that, it saves money on energy bills and provides additional storage space to the home. Our drainage matting provides extra durability and it drains water away from invading the crawl space. The project took about two days to complete, and Jen was delighted with the work!

Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the project by applying 1,436 feet of drainage matting on the floor of Mark's crawl space. Our drainage matting is made to direct the water flooding the crawl space to the perimeter crawl space drain and sump pump system. Next, our team installed 2,288 feet of our CleanSpace Encapuslation Vapor Barrier. Our vapor barrier is used to transform the crawl space into a dry, clean, and energy-efficient part of the home. Along with protection from mold and rot, a dry crawl space will also be inhospitable to termites, cockroaches, ants, crickets, and many other pests that need excess moisture to survive.

Our Foamax is a foam insulation that reduces moisture condensation, provides comfort, and makes the walls look nice and bright. Then, our crew installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier on top of the drainage matting. Our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier is made to stop moisture from passing through the walls and floors. Lastly, Juan and his team installed our crawl space SmartJacks, which provides solid support for sagging beams and restores the stability in a crawl space. Susan had a remarkable experience!
