A homeowner in Fargo, ND, knew it was time to have their driveway repaired after seeing the severe cracks. Knowing this was a larger project, the homeowner looked into professionals who could accomplish this task. One of the first companies to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks. After signing up for their FREE estimate, the homeowner waited for the arrival of Dylan, one of our Design Specialists. After Dylan arrived, he began taking a closer look at the damaged concrete around the home. Dylan determined the driveway needed to be lifted and leveled using PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed. Once the plans were approved by the homeowner and the office, we sent our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew to begin the project. Charlie and his crew started by inserting PolyLevel underneath the garage floor and driveway. After the PolyLevel was installed, the crew shifted their focus to repairing all the cracks using the NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant. Once all the cracks and joints were fixed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below sinking concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion, and slowly lifting the slabs back into place. Dylan finished by saying that the final step in our process is to install our NexusPro.  A silicone-base sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints of the concrete slab, preventing any unwanted water from getting below the slab, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam, made quick work of the project. When it was completed, our homeowner was thrilled to know she had restored concrete and refreshed curb appeal!
